There's a talking head scene where Leslie calls Ben a "sexy little hummingbird" or something like that and Ben pops up behind her and asks "what did you just say?"

It's difficult to tell whether these are actual things happening or just internal monologues because in The Office it was revealed that actual camera people were there and they were making an actual documentary, but they never did that for Parks and Rec

There’s two instances I can recall where the characters acknowledge the “camera crew”. One where Leslie said she couldn’t reveal this secret to another character, then it cuts to a talking head moment and she immediately says “But I can tell YOU”. Another one is where April is standing there awkwardly during her talking head moment and she starts grinning and says “what?” At the camera and walks off.
