बहोत अचे से ध्यान की विधी समझी है। मे रोज ध्यान करती हू कभी कभी बहोत आनंद मिलता है। परंतु विचार आते रहते फीर से जाग्रत होकर सांसो पर ध्यान करने से आनंद की प्राप्ती पाँसी बल है।
What if the body starts paining. I sit for meditation for more than one hour, but after about fifty mins my body starts paining. At that point of time it is difficult to concentrate on breathing. Would you kindly guide what to do? Thanks with lots of gratitudes.
If your body starts paining then don't extend. Meditation should give you relaxation and not pain and stop thinking this that your body will start paining. Just do for 40 min as you get used to this then increase the time slowly not fast.
