Hi bro. Great Video 🫶🏻 Please put a video on the non taxable allowances like Meal coupons, Telephone allowance, Book & Research Allowance, HRA, LTA etc. so that when we get a new Offer , we can discuss this with HR and get a CTC with more non taxable allowances if the company allows it.

There are companies which provide FBP i.e allowances for professional certifications, car fuel, Sodexo coupons etc and how much ever we submit bills under these allowances, the tax for that much amount will be exempted and tax will be applicable for the remaining amount.

Bro one doubt, neriya per ku irukra doubt tha pf two times pudikrangla iliya namma pay slip la? Bcse pay slip la once add aaguthu. Apro athuvae deduction liyum minus aaguthu.. apadi 2 times deduct panra mari irunda.. naan vpf neriua podalam nu plan la iruken.. suppose vpm um same format of pf mari payslip la varuma?

Sir.. i am a govt central PSU employee. I am in Quarters. My quarters charges are marked as perks in payslip as housing perk, not as HRA. also the amount is added to taxable income. BUT They are not reducing in HRA TAX . WHY? Is that right?

You have the right to ask the HR dept. Bonus kooda ok. Gratuity lam gross salary la varave koodadhu, it is not a guaranteed amount till you complete 5 years in the company.
