Appreciate the video! What year/ model tractor is this?? In doing research on the Kubota D1105/D1005 clutch mechanism as I'm trying to adapt it into a ditch witch. My pressure plate from the ditch witch is very similar to yours. I just ordered a Kubota flywheel and pressure plate but it looks like an automotive style release fingers. Hoping I can use my ditch witch disc or I get lucky and they have the same splines.
@@braydencordrey8544 did you do it? cause i tried on my 5100 and the bushing dont want go into the flywheel hole, i had to cut cut the crack of the bushing for making sure the bushing go into the flywheel hole and now the crank cant go into the bushing just to small ????
My clutch doesn't seem to be working at all. Gears want to grind when clutch is pressed all the way in. I have the same B5100 you have. Any ideas? I need to probably learn how to adjust the clutch properly. I cannot tell that there is anything wrong w/ how the pedal itself is adjusted. It's not making any funny noises either.
@@braydencordrey8544 Awesome, thank you for the response. I will try to get it adjusted and report back here after I get it working and share what exactly got it going. Your video helped me to understand that the clutch safety switch is actually just a switch and has nothing to do w/ the clutch operation. I thought it was some sort of master cylinder, but that was way off. Thank you again.
@@braydencordrey8544 clutch adjustment got it fixed. I took the clevis loose and spun it out two turns or so to lengthen it. Clutch works perfectly now. Probably first time it's been adjusted in 20 years. Thank you for your help!
@@braydencordrey8544 I am having the same exact problem with my B5200 that BS has, Your video is excellent. I hope it is an adjustment problem. Now I know where to start looking.
