Hey Adrian, thanks for watching. You can connect a skill to the CRM using account linking or making hardcoded API calls for testing. If your CRM service supports OAuth2.0 and you have done the integration properly as shown in the video, you should be able to get the API key in the request and then use it to call the relevant API's. What exactly happens when you login via your credentials via account linking? Does it redirect back to the Alexa service or do nothing?
