Step 6 is where the scripts hits the send to vru node.The Vru label which is defined in the main site will be amended with correlation id . The call will ne produced to the icm ss and then to sip ss . Then the dial pattern is matched for the predefined label which is routed to VVB. From VVB a http request is generated to the IVR ss in vxml server .The Vxml server having the new call request will forward it to icm ss and then to the router for further processing . The router will check the call has the same correlation id and execute the next node.

Bro, VXML gateway and VVB using using same HTTP method to intiate IVR service ?

@@lijogeorge3442 If you are using VVB then vxml gateway is not required. The Vvb communicates with the vxml server over http .
