As an investor, when I saw this video as a suggestion I was thinking the content would relate to the current commercial real estate deal flow; i.e., what prices would be needed to match buyers and sellers, how many properties are in the pipeline, how prices were falling for different categories of commercial real estate, etc. While not what I expected, this is a great introduction to understanding the role of commercial real estate brokers. I watched the whole thing and I am glad that I did!

Great interview, dropped insight like John Mcnellis… looking for a CRE broker right now, helped me clear things up…. CRE isn’t something everyone in the world tunes into, but for the people that do Raphael you really help 😅

If I could recommend any videos for the future it’d be how to write/structure/go about commercial leases for tenants… that could be the tenant rep video, and I’ll be checking that out soon as well…
