We just switched over and company is growing. I have been doing separate investments into tech stocks. Goal is to get my dividends over my earned income. Then I will cash out my shares from my company

If you're working three years vesting for three years at 100% employee-owned company, can you cash out your shares or what you paid in?

Usually only if the company is publicly traded. If not, you can usually only sell your shares if you get board approval, which is referred to as a board based ROFR decision, which stands for Right Of First Refusal.
