Understanding exposure on the instax mini 9 | instax@home 

Got my instax mini 9 at Christmas and only a few weeks ago I learnt how to take the perfect photos. Absoulty love this camera. Cause of quarteine I'm doing a Polaroid a day challenge and there all coming out great and fab

I got this camera a few yrs ago and because of not being able to get the right light settings and wasted to many packs of film . So il have to get it out again and play round to see if I can get it sorted lol thanks for this video. Xxx

I’ve taken 3 pictures in the past month that came out black with a few bright dots… I’ve had the dot in the inside setting bc it was inside at night time with just bright ceiling light on, what could it be??

I’m more confused after seeing this video. So the exposure options indicate how much light they let in or does it indicate what the current ambiance is ? For instance when I select the house 🏠 exposure does it mean I’m standing in a place where there is poor lighting or does it mean im standing in a bright place but I will want to let only a little light light into the camera so I select the house option to tell the camera to let as much as light in as how it would be if one were home. So which one is it :( ? What you are saying is that when your in a poorly lit area the camera automatically selects the home icon which means it’ll let more light in. But how can it let more light in when the room is already poorly lit? Where is this more light coming from? So confused!!! Argh.

Great review of a terrible product. Ultra fickle and seldom works. Film very expensive and a waste of money. Steer clear.
