I admit that I'm using this video to draw better faces

Thanks so much for your videos❤ I'm 27 and I have alot of face fat. The only issue with this is that because my nasolabial fat pad are so full...it causes creases on either side of my nose and gives me nasolabial folds.I think this makes me look old.Is there anything I can do about this?

Can you Get the medial and nasolabial cosmetically removed ??!
