Hello, I now understand these labels properly so thank you! However, the front labels still really confuse me. If i look (for example) at the saturate percentage on a pizza of the front label it says 43% which is really bad, however on the back label it only says 3.7g per 100g on fats of which saturates, meaning that the saturates should be 3.7%? So why would the front one indicate that it has 43%? Can someone please clarify this, thank you
