I Have a VN 2512 U 3 and for some reason it only allows one bill per transcation and when I tried to put a second bill ,it will take all coins that I want but not a second bill. The unit is new but ot is always the same problem only one bill and when I try the second one nothing Can you help me?
That is not a bill validator issue, that is a setting in the programming of your machine. First I would try buying the most expensive item in the machine using only coins, if that doesn't fix it then you have to change the bill validator setting in your machine

Hi... I'm having an issue with my CoinCo validator where it just keeps making a whizzing noise and tries to start up but then nothing... I've restarted the machine and reset the all the components.. Any idea??
It sounds like the transport motor gears are stripped. This usually happens when somebody is trying to cheat the machine by pulling the bill out as it's being sucked in. You are going to have to replace the bill validator
I just retired after 36 years in the Aerospace industry and I am looking to start a new venture. Is there any room for a guy with decent mechanical skill to start a repair business in bill validator and coin changer repairs?
