From sharing a pizza to sharing the bill with friends, we are using fractions in our day to day lives.
Imagine you purchased 10 pastries and you ate 3. How much did you consume out of all? 3 out of 10 isn’t it? The word “out of” represents a fraction. We use a slash to differentiate between these two numbers that is 3/10. The numerator tells us the pieces we ate and the denominator tells us the overall piece purchased.
In the last video, we learned what are fractions and its types. In this video, we will try different operations on fractions.
