Understanding Retinoblastoma 

I can say this woman is a life saver. I was diagnosed at the age of 4. The diagnosis was late and had to remove my right eye. She has saved my life.

I lost my eye when I was only 2 years old to retinoblastoma. Dr. Jerry Shields saved my life. For some reason this video brought me to tears. Though I have no memories of the time, I am deeply grateful to Wills Eye Hospital for being my sword against this enemy.

My dad was diagnosed as an adult, when he was 56 years old. He had a radioactive implant for one week. He's now 77 years old and doing great!

I lost my left eye at age to to this cancer. Had my eye surgically removed at the Mayo clinic in Rochester, MN. Very informative video. My 4 month old son is now going through genetic testing as I did to try and catch it early if he were to develop it.

I want to say God bless each and everyone of you that have went through this and made it through this trial and tribulation everybody have a wonderful testimony when I say we serve a mighty God I want to say thank you to doctor shield and everyone else that help because it's doctors like her and the other man that helped to save children's lives is a lot of people that will write it off and its alot of doc out here that wouldnt give u the chance or even want to try. But they did and I've read so many of your comments and your testimonies of how she saved you when y'all was 2/4 years old or in your late trimaster .. it just warms my heart to know that it is still doctors out here that still care 💖💖💖💖

Please anyone can say without removing eye can i save eye in retinoblastoma coz my baby go throw in 3 chemo hr chemo done succfly bt in cryotherapy we came to kno her tumor recurrencein eye she is 1 yr old pls pray fr her eye to b safe

I was born In 1984 with ritnablastom in both eyes my mother had it also and she lost one of her eyes.mine went away some how and never returned.but some eye doctors say they can still see the tags I gave 11 in one eye and 12 in the other

i had this cancer at age 2, beat it at age 12 but i lost my right eye. doctors here in jamaica said that not having one of my eye caused one side of my face to stop growing. now i am 21 i would like to fix my face but i was told that there was not much i could do here in jamaica. my question is if you guys think there is any hopes of evening out the shape of my face and getting a false eye?

Can cats get Retinoblastoma? My kitten has a white glow in 2 of the pictures I took yesterday. Cats eyes normally glow green or yellow but this is pure white
