Give this woman her roses 🌹 🌹 🌹 somebody 🎉🎉🎉🎉 You have educated me 100% on this thank you so much. I need to play this to my brother who wants to resign suddenly. He says 2 pots is going to steal his money 😅

Hi Yolanda🎉. I really love how you make it easy to understand personal finance matters. I think it can be great for 2 pot system to be amended, so people that do not want to withdraw from their savings pot can be allowed to transfer the funds to an RA of their choice. What are your thoughts on this?

Hi there Yolanda, trust you are well! So I found this video doing research for a family member, and I would like to know, if there's a R30K capped amount into the savings component of this new system, and hypothetically, the member wants to withdraw that limited amount (the 30K), is the savings pot depleted completely for the financial year 2024/2025, or does it automatically get "filled up" again with another 30k from the vested pot?? (hypothetical scenario all taking place from the 1st September)

The the 30k is once of seeding, once you withdraw from the savings pot, monthly contributions into your pension will slowly fill the savings pot again and the savings pot will grow or shrink according to the fund growth

If I have a retirement annuity that I contribute to monthly in my personal capacity and a work pension fund from my employer, does this mean I will have 2 savings pots of R30 000 each since both policies have more than R300 000 each?

Hi, I do not assist with business registration. However it is a very simple process. Check the CIPC website.

Please get financial advise should you choose to invest your retirement money in a PTY, as there are more con's than pro's with that decision.
