Greta video thanks , but I really can't believe WSET avoiding to treat Italy as traditional method producer , it can't mention Australia and not mention Franciacorta and Trento doc with all due respect to other countries. Giulio Ferrari from Trento doc has been winning multiple times best sparkling in the world. So again, I am really surprised Italy is not covered in this unit .

Wow, well that’s interesting.... especially when Italy out produces (AAWE 2017 figures) all other countries in sparkling wines. Granted a lot of that is Prosecco, but still.....
