Understanding the ISO 31000 definition of risk 

I'M NEW TO BTC AND I'VE BEEN MAKING LOSSES TRYING TO MAKE PROFIT MYSELF IN TRADING...I THOUGHT TRADING ON DEMO ACCOUNT IS JUST LIKE TRADING THE REAL MARKET... CAN ANYONE HELP ME OUT OR AT LEAST ADVICE ME ON WHAT TO DO?

I have never seen such a simple and clear presentation of risk. Thanks a million. Of course, I would love to see more examples about risk management, specially the use of matrices, if possible and how to use risk management for setting future objectives. Thank you for your assistance !

I have one question.Considering on certain uncertainties where we have little/no influence, how do we actually mitigate that risk? Should we just take them as consideration to focus on further mitigating the risk where we have the influence?
