Starting from the presumption that noise generated by the shot and subsequent carcass recovery will unavoidably disturb other deer in the vicinity, I think it'll be interesting to see how much effect this out-of-season shooting will have.

Good video, understand the reqt for control, not so sure the diligence shown in the video will be adhered to by all culling staff. Well explained in a straightforward manner.

Scotland is one the 5 places left on my list that I wrote when young flying from L A to Amsterdam . So will be the next .now this video was not what I thought or expect ; Understood why it has to be done , but would never take the job .. Not being critical just couldn't do it .

Great video and informative. Question is with regarding the night shooting Authority, would this then allow the use of a “image intensifying scope” (night vision or thermal scope etc)?

i will be honest i am not keen on night shooting of Roe, especially from the 1st Sept... if you need to night shoot then you have a very serious deer problem that has manifested over a number of years and would prob need to change the staff who currently do the job.
