@@roolyfe the main thing I did was focus on my eating. I cut out processed foods, started meal prepping, and going to the gym 4-5 days a week. But really avoid processed foods and junk food. Also, make sure you eat your calories and not drink them outside of protein shakes. I don’t drink things like soda or juice. And just take the stairs and not the elevator. What I mean is so many people take the easy losing weight. Take the way that you can continue to do for the rest of your life. I’m good with losing the weight slowly.

Hello from Canada, from a middle-aged Asian. I found Mr. Samuels' content about half year ago. Everything he speaks is truth. Shame needs to come back, and we need to put single-mums and boss-bitches into their place. I've travelled to Philly, Texas, Georgia California, Florida. Black women have the wrong role models, and many are not suitable to be wives. Way too many broken families and single-parent households amongst all ethnicities, but this has affected the black-american population by far the worst.

Long before I found KS, I was an aimless drifter who lacked understanding of masculinity when my dad passed away. My uncle eventually stepped in & began trying to instill it, but it didn’t take until he delivered it in its most fundamental, brutal, and harsh way-because life doesn’t care about your feelings, it’s brutal & harsh.

This is one of the reasons why we as a society should take family and dating intentionally with the same seriousness we do school. We likely wouldn’t have as high of divorce rates and people would have better outcomes. It gets tougher to correct as you get older, for both men and women, so crucial to put in the work and be realistic. KS’ content was clutch at helping me find gaps in my life.

"False converts" It reminds me of the Left Behind series. Even the pastor was left behind for the Rapture. Because of his unwillingness to submit in short. The hardest thing forward will be to have a discerning eye to sift through the "false converts" of modern women. And possibly even men.

@@BOSSMOSS77 Yes, every individual is being judged by The Most High during these times. And I myself do not think there is going to be anything like what is referred to as the rapture. I am going to look and see about it. (Scripture) In my humble opinion, no one is going to be whisked out of the turmoil. If we are more than conquerors through Christ Then why would we need to be taken away? Why would we not stay and fight for our land?

"Marriage is becoming an increasingly elite institution." Isn't that an amazing thing to say. Marriage may not be for everyone in this day and age. Not that marriage is withheld from anyone. But that marriage is a very very old institution and it takes lots of maturity and cooperation and integrity to stay in it. So it is best that it is contemplated only by those strongest and most faithful among us.
