I just looked through my new chemistry? books today , and lo and behold, a whole section on the properties of cisplatin!

that's transplatinum, where the ligands are opposite, rather than adjacent, when coordinately bonded to? the platinum

what is the difference between the Carboplatin and the Cisplatin?! And based on what the doctor select which one should be used?!

Yes!? Cisplatin is one of the chemotherapeutic drug with most severe side effects!
