That would be my assumption. I'm 99% positive that this tron was made specifically for the game so why they would waste time making it if he was never planned for the game.
This isn’t the only time something like this has happened. Forgotten Sons were all three in the titantron but only Jaxson ryker was featured in the game
@@glenn5517 Viscera died in 2014 and this is from 2012. Did his wife sue before Viscera died for something else? Wasn't the lawsuit a wrongful death one? Also Viscera got new figures so idk maybe things softened up but idk.

So to my knowledge there was no tron between his 2008 v2 and 2009 trons in the playlist, or if their was we don't have it.
