Fun fact: When this originally aired, I was in Greece on a school trip, and on the specific day it aired was feeling very homesick. The good, happy vibes of this song managed to cheer me up however, and it felt a lot better. Will be going to Poland for school in June, and I'll make sure to keep this song, stored safely for if I then, or ever again, feel homesick. Absolute Bop, and great vibes. Good on ya, luke!

I can't really put into words how well you arranged and performed this. I know you were going for a Minnesota country feel, but as a Texan I swear I could see the farm my aunt lives on when I listened to this. I swear I could hear the low hum of her truck, the rustle of leaves, the frankly annoying Texas wind, and even the trot of a few animals lazing around. I really cannot even begin to describe how thankful I am to you for being such a good musician.

As a city dweller, I can't relate to the rural scenery, but I can swear this song plays in my head when I see those city skylights at night, driving home in the dark. The relief that floods over me when I see those lights feels like this.

I ended up staying at home while going to college. Covid happened and it took me longer than normal to graduate Then it was hard to find a job I've been in this house for 23 almost 24 years. Yet, at some point it stopped feeling like home and I never knew when. This cover reminded me of what this house felt like when I was a child and I thank you for that.

Toby Fox really knew how to create a good soundtrack. Home was always one of my favourites, the way it would speak to me as I would be doing things at home, its just made staying inside a much likeable expirience. Good job on the harmonica btw buddy, it truly gave the "home" vibe. I agree with one of the comments that said that "Every interpretetion of home is different both the home and the song" altough, no matter how different the cover will be, I always end up in tears. The memories of old, the chukles of loved ones on the table, the relax that a good drink, a cozy blanket and good company provide. To say it simply, I always cry because everytime I hear "Home", These words echo in my head. "Do not worry, my child/friend" "We are proud of you" "You are ok" "You are safe" ... "You are Home" Such a wonderful song and an excellent cover to match, theres nothing to improve.

This song reminds me of a distant memory, something that feels warm and hopeful. The added harmonica reminds me of the feeling of new beginnings and eventful journeys. The strings remind me of the softness of the outdoors and the warmth of the sun. It’s why they say that home isn’t a physical thing, because for me, it’s everything that brings a smile to my face all brought into one. This song sums it up perfectly.

Hey man, I just wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart for making those Undertale covers. Lately I've been having some bottled up emotions and I haven't been able to just let them flow. But last night while I was listening to your Home cover, suddenly the tears started flowing. I was finally able to cry to my hearts content. At some point the nostalgia and sadness faded away and were replaced by a comfortable warmth and the happiness of being able of letting my emotions out. Maybe this comes out as corny or cringe, but I really had to thank you. I hope whatever projects you are working are completed and that you are satisfied with them. God bless you Luke.

I grew up in farm country PA, so the visuals really hit home for me as well. HOME already speaks to a part of my soul, but when the clarinet came in, your cover went from incredible to absolute perfection. That's just when the feeling of longing really hit in full force. I felt my chest tighten. It was wonderful. This really helped feel like I was hearing the song for the first time again. Thank you. I'm a little teary now. But that's okay :)

The harmonica in this song reminds me of my favorite character as a kid, Snufkin from the Moomin series. My great grandma started me watching it in Swedish as a way for me to learn. I’ve always related to wanting to explore and be free, but not wanting to leave behind the people you love. Undertale reminds me of that feeling a lot.

The edit and the choice of music, kind of set me the sensation of a office job worker, inheriting a farm from a dead cousin, and he leaves the city life and takes a calmer life as a farmer, grooming some sheep, uddering some milk, and just relaxing by his porch watching the business he slowly builds

This song is so comforting, makes me feel like I'm 8 again- with my father on a cattle farm as he fed them and cleaned up hay and cowpies, while I sat and watched with a calf that was born around the time, and how I would play with the barn cats. I remember begging my mother to let me stay longer with him and the cattle. I miss you dad, love you ❤.

Certain songs that are meant to be comforting, usually end up sad, depending on who plays it. and not the bad kind of sad, more like a reminiscing type, especially the fact that the older undertail gets the more nostalgic it becomes. you have truly managed to capture the essence of reminiscent and sadness when you realize how much time has gone by.
