I feel your pain with dull knife. Devs said theyre going to remove Bone Power because its "buggy and too hard to balance", meanwhile they're perfectly ok with leaving the overpowered mess that is dull knife in the game? Crazy.

Ah yes, because having 210 total HP (Chaos sabers with DT is 225) Alongside tons of moves, healing items (toast), 3 different MASSIVE buffs depending on the emotion, that get BETTER with each life, AND anti-camp is completely fair! Also the only downside is no custom souls which is negligible because your already getting the DT effect. Also those 3 lives of 210 HP is more HP then a normal dt users combined 92 HP. (184) So yea, stop trying to argue that the 3 lives is fair because it already has so many benefits it should only have 1 life, 2 at max
i'm not too sure, cuz everybody has a diffrent opinion on it, but I THINK. it could be counted as grinding SO I'VE HEARD. Not sure thou, so i didn't report it.
@@4iqspecimen it's rule breaking as being both teaming and grinding, since you get game reward with help of other UNLESS, if they did play normally without going easy then yeah it's fine

@@4iqspecimen yeah, fr tho you had the right idea for the final attack. It took me till i had around 1k wins for that lol. But 3rd upgrade is significantly harder i couldnt beat him consistantly till recently (about 3.5k wins) but tbh i just learned how to predict what people will do lol
Not time to defend dull knife b u t. Uh. Ya know each life they lose they take more damage, aka sense the cutscene isnt an actual one now you can theoretically cook em really quickly.
Ive gronded ss , fresh , ts , little , swap , nega , papyrus, science and fs emrald to max gotta say fresh was the most fun out off all of them maybe ss
Buddy as someone who has used Dull Knife It is indeed broken as fuck from a gameplay perspective. I mean you got - 3 lives that swap into each other instantly allowing for constant pressure on the Sans through each of them - a chasing projectile in two of those lives making it a good anti-camper - the ability to gain healing items upon successfully hitting certain moves - the ability to swap between trading defense for offense, offense for speed, and speed for defense allowing you to adapt to situations to close gaps easier, tank harder to dodge attacks, and still be pretty good rushdown - The ability to apply bleed - Massively damaging attacks in the final phase which, on their own, can just win a game Combining all of these and it is no secret that dealing with a Dull Knife user is a pain. It has good stats, good moves, and 3 lives with no respawn time that allow it to place constant pressure on the Sans
Same, man If you have crowd control or simply have good dps, you are cooked 1st life legit best out of them, bc drawbacks aren't hard and abilities are solid 2nd life is worse, bc - happy now deals 0 to stamina sanses, if they have max stamina rate - sad's Q makes you unable to changes emotions until it explodes - sad's stab is harder to land if you are facing sans in solo, due even more speed nerfs - angry 2nd life is fine, more vulnerable yet his Q changes into better move Life 3 legit ass if you don't have sans dying on you or someone you can rely on - All Qs are ass - R (Red hands) can be countered with any zoner, blink or force moves - Happy heals stamina no matter what - Sad, despite being tanky as hell, can be outran even by anyone - Angry dies in 3-4 hits Also as balance measure, dull knife has cd on emotion change and ability usage after emotion change, so you can't just go for toast and switch to happy to blind sans in a few moments
@@beywheelzhater8930 "3 lives allowing to constantly pressure sans" Dust Frisk with shield, which is legit another 48 hp bar, which can also regen Max Storyspin having 2 range move with 8 cd and dash Real knife with speed boost during FIGHT and having ability to revert back hp and effective range move "A chasing projectile making a good anti camp" Projectile lasts 6-7 sec and at 1st life only can apply slowness and don't forget that projectile itself is REALLY slow, so if you casted it not at least 1/3 of map, it will just disappear not even touching sans "Ability to get heal items by landing successful hit" You didn't say that you can get it with mode, which makes you slower and Snowring (with ability which requires m1, yet it has 0 cd), Bone (tho it was deleted), Real knife, Pan and Gpan, Axe, Kindness Scythe has that to with not much of drawbacks - "the ability to change from def, speed, atk" yet you still ignore drawbacks
