Halloween phase 2 is just a glass cannon that can be easily be taken down back not without a fight, Use your curses as much as possible, hold on to blindness until you either get another curse and double curse with blindness so you can get true blindness, or partner it up with attachment, and start spamming free triple kill no matter what, confusion is your best curse because free stamina.
