Patience should be in high C tier. The use is simple, but it's very effective. Specially combined with Killer Knife and Trident. It's also even good combined with Empty Gun and Spear. The 2nd use is to block blasters which straight up cheeses Fell's special attack
Nah, Patience is or a C tier, or a B tier. Basically: it's good with mostly all the weapons/morphs in the game. (Real Knife, Bone, Trident (both skin and default), Snow Ring, and Empty Gun is a no-brainer, really. It's or free hits, or free ability usage without a doubt that it will miss).
I usually use a perseverance combo (soul of perseverance + torn notebook), and I want to say that this combo is REALLY effective against dodging characters, since you can rush them most of the time and not be afraid to take some damage from most of the attacks, but however, due to the small damage, this combo will do almost nothing to characters with hp, and even more so if the character has damage resistance (swapdust papyrus, classic papyrus and others). In general, I can say that even in the absence of good damage or supporting abilities, it can occasionally be quite useful. (For those who don't know, this combo gives extra 10 defence and small damage buff)
The barrier is actually super useful with weapons like Stick or Trident. With Stick, you can buff your allies and nerf Sans' speed as he can do nothing to stop you from building up Spare. Very niche pick, but it's very nice when used properly.
I would put Patience's soul in tier C or +, because if you hit the cylinder on sans and have a good weapon like chaos saber or outer asgore's trident or bone weapon, sans will be COMPLETELY DESTROYED and even more so if the 3 players are going to team up against Sans... well I can say that Sans is going to lose.
Ok, hear me out Patience should be a tier or two higher: If you manage to find a good pairing with the soul (Trident, Killer Knife, ETC) you could punish Sans for staying still for five seconds, causing him to be heavily rushed. Not even going in to mention how short the cooldown for the barrier is Also, it can directly counter Fell’s final attack assuming they have upgrade 3.
1:57 uhm- actually, patience is great for fell sans when he does the gaster blaster circle because you can put the barrier in the middle, and it stops gaster blasters so you wint take damage
Empty or Traitless i don't know one of them or the two of then absorb KR. Patience has a secret weapon combo, Toy knife + Patience a Good support. Bravery. You can be or bad or you can carry the team, Bone + Bravery (not Delta Sans reference but it's op if used well), Bravery + Spear (yeah someone uses that and it's that good that can solo Sans team), Bravery + DUSTTALE Chara, ect. Kindness. Can give you a weapon that does 300 ATK (rat), Regens Bone ketchup, gives you ATK boost, Speed boost, Heals you, what more do you want (do not use Horror Axe), Good for Snowring, Bone, Golden Pan, Pan and Frisk, US Chara, OT Frisk, GT Frisk, DUSTTALE Frisk, it gives two extra healing items to DT Frisk (maxed or not).
@@engineer5890 Spear and Perserverance personally. Charge is pretty good for getting close to the Sans due to the defense buff during charge combined with the soul
