Honestly Undyne saying that it's not the same thing when she has killed too makes her a hypocrite. Even if you kill once no matter the incident being intentional or unintentional you can never go back. Whatever the cause own up to it because that stays with you the rest of your life.
It isn’t the same thing though. Michael killed his brother on accident through selfish acts and tormenting his brother for who knows how long. Undyne killed the humans to help liberate the monsters so they could all have freedom, which was taken away by the humans in the first place. Not only that, but it’s different if you look at it from the race stand point. For example, humans will kill animals, but they’re not labeled killers, so why should a monster be called a murderer for killing a human? Michael killed his brother selfishly and Undyne killed monsters selflessly. (Not trying to start an argument, just stating my opinion.)
@@thekookiegod Killing humans for freedom is selfish. Especially since she might’ve of killed some of the children just for the sake of freedom? It’s like saying a human is gonna kill another random human just for the sake of freedom, it’s selfish because that other human did nothing really. And how exactly would you know if the people who fell down were the ones who locked away or talked bad about the monsters? You don’t but neither am I saying that I’m right after all it’s only my opinion of what you have said
@@thekookiegod Either way Undyne kills or even Asgore kills humans on purpose, while Michael was on accident, yes he was awful, but a bully teenager who accidentally killed their brother it's not the same as purposely killing children to obtein freedom. Doesn't matter what their intentions are. "Accidental homicide is where you kill someone in the course of a lawful act that is done with a reasonable belief that no harm will take place. Most jurisdictions say that an accidental killing is not a crime." and btw, I think the reason a person isn't called killer for killing animals is for the level of consciousness and intelligence of the animal, but either way they can indeed be punished for killing animals, I just think "stock" is treated differently.
He's not emo.... he's f*cking depressed and traumatized because of him and his family's deaths and everything else f*cked up that's happened. And what he did was Manslaughter, not contemplated murder. So he's better than Undyne in that category.
People always forget that the Bite was manslaughter. It’s not like they expected a robot meant for children to have either sharp teeth or enough force to crush a skull.
@@A_Hylian_Not_An_Elf Yeah.. Though I gotta admit that it was pretty stupid for Micheal to put his brother inside the mouth of an Animatronic that could potentially be dangerous. Im not saying Micheal commited an act of true murder, just that Micheal was too ignorant to think that it could be dangerous (Especially since we see that Fredbear CLOSES his mouth whenever the robot bear performs), and even worse, he said he was only gonna make CC "give fredbear a big kiss" yet LITERALLY PUT HIM IN THE MOUTH- Anyways enough about my rant. Have a good day.
This is good, tho one thing I wish would be shown more in these reactions is how much Mike has suffered himself, and he has more than paid back for what he did to his siblings (cause if all is to believed he was the nightguard in almost all of the games besides 4, unless things are different in this AU). Plus Undyne may be speaking a different tune when they see who's the actual murderer in the family (and unless it's different here as well Mike dedicated his undead life to putting an end to his father and saving whoever he could) but even then great work!
Thank you ! I actually thinks like you and that's why, I was wondering if I should make a part 3 about Micheal only. Thank you sm for saying this nicely !
@@1ts.Maxine Your welcome, and yeah that would be a good idea (since he is technically the protagonist lol) thought that's if you feel like it since I know it takes a lot to work to make these videos good. Wish you luck!👍
@@A_Hylian_Not_An_Elf It's implied if you dig into the lore hard enough that the Nightmares MIGHT (keyword MIGHT) be machines made by William to send after his son, which were implanted wih Illusion Disks (Disks used to create some kind of frequency to the brain or something to confuse it and crrate new images to disguise them. For example, if you put an Illusion Disk into a rock and activated it and program it to look like another object like say a baseball, the Disk will literally warp your brain so from your own seeing eyes, the rock now looks like a baseball. In the Books, specifically the Fnaf Book "The Twisted Ones", we see that there are animatronics there that are strangely similar to Nightmare Animatronics called the Twisted Animatronics that use the Illusion Disks to create a "Nightmarish" appearance, implying the Nightmares are like this too (except for Nm. Fredbear and Nightmare, since they are ACTUALLY for Micheal, according to the FNAF Log Book). While the Books are non-canon, the info in it can atleast be used to understand what is and can't be possible within Fnaf's own Internal Logic and Lore, as suggested by Scott himself. In the secret security room in the SL (implied to be William's office), we see monitors that when you put in a code, will activate security camera footage of The FNAF 4 House (implyimg William was watching something or someone the house through the cams. Perhaps a certain crying son of his?) There also appears to be a Fredbear plush there, with a Walkie Talkie near it. In FNAF 4, we see "Psychic Friend Fredbear" talking to the Crying Child, implying William was talking to CC through the Plush, specifically a Walkie Talkie inside it.(There was even a Book that references this) If you combine it all, we could argue that perhaps CC is the one dealing with all the Nightmares, all except for NM. FREDBEAR and NIGHTMARE who are exclusive to Micheal. Sory I made this long, I was just carrjed away by my own ideas.
The video was great, I hope you make second part soon! But don’t forget to rest too! Also Undyne, looks like you never saw a *real* murderer because William is worse and the bite that happened to C.C. was an accident
I honestly hate when they don't explain the truth of Chris's death and say that Michael is a murderer who deserved what happened to him. Michael never wanted to hurt his brother in that prank, he didn't know that the animatronic's mouth would close and kill his brother, and considering that he clearly blames himself for the accident and tries to remedy his mistake (which It really wasn't his mistake but he considers it that way) you realize that he was just a teenager who didn't deserve anything he lived through since he was only blinded by envy
you should make undyne react to Michael's suffered life from being abused by his own father asylum if that's in your au to his death the reason Michael stayed in the fire is to free the souls of the dead kids even his own sister if Michael was in the underground he would free the kids souls who was killed by monsters
I feel like the portrayal of Undyne was somewhat unfair, as her job of Captain of thr Royal Guard she would not be as judgemental on death considering her job entails killing, her #1 duty is not only to protect her people but also to provide humans a true death either in battle or through threatening, I'd imagine she'd be all for a hero's death in battle and monsters in general would differ in views of death compared to humans
