loved it as always hehe and undynes reaction to the sudden end was hillerious. its nice to see how it is similer but certain things didnt happen or couldent happen as it adds a more sense of difference rather than just certain things. especially the fact that their intrested in the story just as much as the fight scenes is nice aswell
Oh dear lord I HATE when I see other reactions where the video is just cut short but they just don't react to that cut, and the video just ends. Definitely the biggest reason for me to do this, it makes no sense otherwise
Fun fact about why papyrus says "our blasters" If you do a genocide run but spare papyrus and do the whole date thing. In the box that usually contains the attacks from his battle with you are instead what sound like blasters and he says he would have had to use them if you refused to cooperate
the reason asriel didn't remember the pacifist timelines is because a "true reset" at the end of a true pacifist run makes sans and flowey forget all of the other resets, same as "erase" from genocide timelines
Technically, only Flowey remembers the resets in the original game / timeline, Sans only really knows timelines exist, but doesn't remember them, but he can feel when a reset happens and stuff. However, while you're right, glitchtale is a bit different, as Sans started remembering the timelines in there due to a glitch in the timeline, even if a true reset were to be pressed. I honestly assumed this would also affect Asriel, but it seems not, it seems that only Sans can remember previous timelines and even ones before the true reset. In that case it would be correct
@@GenTem I think it was said at one point that in GT sans could remember all the timelines back to the beginning because of him absorbing frisks soul in the first and second episodes.
For the people didn't know. Papyrus CAN use blasters. The annoying dog stole his blasters. If the dog hadn't stolen it, he would probably use the blasters during his fight.
@@Sigmaprogamerrizzy let's see, this is a two parter that has a lot of things. Let's in order of what I recall. 1. We are in Timeline 2, timeline 1 was erased because there was only a single heart locket. 2. Gaster trying to fix Sans, and only worsening the process with DT. Along with mentally descending due to memory issues and lack of any real sleep. 3. Betty attacks the arena, and brutally injures Mettaton NEO. 4. Kumuzilla awakens. Papyrus destroys Gaster's lab. Jessica sacrifices herself, resulting in inciting Gaster to go for revenge. 5. Ronan gets fatally hit protecting his son. 6. Sans wakes, fueled solely on DT instead magic. There's more, but those are main points I can remember.
5:54 true, we know asriel has infinite defense... but he has 7 human souls, whereas chara has the equivalent of 8, charas own soul, frisks original DT, and the 6 other human souls... we really dont have any reference for how much difference souls above 7 makes though, although if 8 makes you effectively a god... 8 souls like a scary concept... but then at the same time, how can you beat infinite attack and infinite defense? although, its entirely possible that its not so much infinite as much as being so ridiculously high compared to frisk in the pacifist route, that the difference between his stats and ACTUAL infinity is meaningless, in which case its entirely possible 8 souls would be able to overpower and kill asriel, even in his god of hyperdeath form.
noticed that if GT!Asriel had erased that world Betty Noire would be avoided and everything would return to normal with GT!Frisk doing everything absolutely from scratch, saving Asriel and living a happy life, in short, GT!Asriel should have erased everything
Well, Asriel, Chara and Gaster wouldn't actually be saved if GT Frisk did everything normally. And if anything, Betty would still exist even if the timeline wasn't glitched, but they wouldn't have Gaster, Chara or Asriel to help out. If anything it would turn out WORSE. It'd be basically Sans, Undyne and Asgore as the three strongest ones to go against Betty
@@GenTem I think, no, Betty Noire is just another error of resets, she is like a computer "Virus", after you reset the computer that Virus will disappear, Betty Noire is just "Error" this error would stop existing if GT !Asriel cut the tree by the root, Erasing EVERYTHING so there wouldn't be all that roll
In glitchtale, when he is in that form, he's just a bit taller than chara, as you can see. In comparison to Toriel and Asgore, which are the only two 'goats' papyrus know, Asriel is still small
@@Player47333 we’ve been chatting a while and i dont really care if he desroys aus for a living heck he once tried to destroy me but i dont care its not my place to judge
Like the reaction but just wanted to point out 2:25 there's been way more than one genocide run in Glitchtale, it was just being explained how the genocide runs started. I think it was confirmed that there were actually many runs in GT both paci and geno, like more than the average au but not near the point of Dusttale.
Where exactly was it confirmed? Sans himself says in episode 5 that there was only one actual genocide run, while frisk later says he did multiple neutral / pacifist runs
@@GenTem I don't remember what specifically confirmed it in the show and while I'd love to rewatch the whole thing to find it I don't have that kind of time on my hands right now, so I looked it up on the fandom wiki to get a faster answer and there it says the Genocide run we see in Ep 1 Megalomaniac is Frisk's first Hard-mode geno run and that they have done other genocide runs before, enough to fill chara with as much hate as they had.
Hey Nice Video After Glitchtale S1 you going immediately to S2 or other react ? If it's other react i would like They React to Undershuffle Sans Battle
sans is a hopes and dreams simp confirmed- jkjk, we all simp for the hopes and dreams soundtrack. we love ut!chara being supportive to other charas, i bet they're gonna love s2 gt!chara when they appear, because s2 gt!chara is honestly one of the best protagonists. i wonder why sans was so tired? it's not like the thought was- oh. i was actually wondering where you were gonna cut the video in, since it was fast-paced and very connected, i thought you were gonna cut it just after chara destroys the locket, y'know, as a cliffhanger, but where you cut it was actually better XD. also- congrats for reaching 6.41k, can you believe it's only been a month, give or take, since you started? kudos to you.
Who isn't, right? It didn't happen to him, so that's why I feel like Sans was hit quite a lot by the thought. The... thought of everyone hating him and him being unable to explain, and hell, there's more to come, I think how Papyrus acts in the next episodes will make it even worse. Even without that, it's already a really hard reaction for him in specific I thought about cutting it there, but I was like, wait no let's just put it right before kindness shields Asriel yeah it has been like 5 weeks since I started, didn't expect to get this far so fast
@@GenTem honestly, with all the genocide routes that they've encountered, sans must have thought about doing it a ton of times and must probably have been close to doing it a couple of times, so maybe seeing how it would have gone down if he had actually done it, like- that would definitely hard. it's not like a detached alternate universe, because that could actually happen- and could probably still happen if something goes wrong. in undertale btw, since chara's alive again- who holds reset? and uh, where's flowey/asriel?
This definitely hit close to home to Sans yeah, I think that's why it makes it worse. It isn't out of the ordinary. It's an AT that could happen by just a little change, and while it did help him stop the resets 'for good', the consequences are kinda harsh for Sans. While he had no idea that he could actually stop frisk from resetting or loading by doing that, he definitely thought about breaking his promise multiple times, right at the start Frisk is still the most determined in the timeline, however, to reset, they still need their full soul, so as long as Chara's alive, Frisk can't reset. Flowey is in the underground. He's REALLY emotionless in here and doesn't really care about anyone or antyhing. Sans has been trying to help him ever since the last reset, just like how he's trying to get gaster out of the void, but he doesn't want to be helped
@@GenTem the rest of the episodes are just gonna make him feel worst- especially the part about gaster, since seraphim was so close but so far. I also wonder how they're gonna react to gaster being self-aware about the fact that they're just a copy, and the info dump that is just dropped to them. also are you doing both endings or just the "continue" ending? I feel like showing both endings would be really good. and uh, how do frisk and chara feel about flowey? do they try to visit him? and how does flowey react to chara being alive again, he kinda did have an obsession with them in the underground lmao.
Frisk doesn't, however Chara always goes with Sans (and sometimes alone) when he tries to actually get flowey to join them so Sans can figure something out with him. Getting Asriel (or gaster) isn't as simple as getting Chara back, and since Flowey doesn't colaborate (and they have to way of contacting Gaster) then this task is almost impossible They're gonna watch both endings. However, I think they might vote on the video before just so they can show their opinions. The ending that wins will be watched first, and the other will be the last one It's gonna be a challenge, I think the worst part for Sans will actually be Papyrus' reaction after integrity teleports them to the void by mistake. That still hits even me hard when I rewatch it
Do you watch these videos and look for the small details? I'm just wondering. If you do, I'm impressed you're uploading as much as you are. If I were sans, I would have also slept through the video. Don't blame him, considering the Residence on top of already genocide stuff.
Well not exactly, I've already had watched these videos, and made up my own theories about it, way back, so I'm just making them react to it and trying to make them do the same in their own way, even if it isn't exactly correct, as they wouldn't know either Also funnily enough, since I use a lot of screenshots and I usually try to get the reactions timing to feel good, I discover things from videos I didn't before. One example is the dust vs last breath video. I actually never saw the 'you are a demon' in it, until I was editing the reaction, and I had to include it in somehow Sans is actually sleeping through this video (AND the next one) mostly because reacting to the thought with storyshift has been a bit too demanding for him
Sanstacular video🤩. I also like how you made them react to the cliffhanger, it was very humorous. Also when Frisk said "Wait... our blasters? But Papyrus never used" are you implying that they never scene his blasters. So if that's the case, could make them react to disbelief papyrus?(When you have the time to make it and/or ask for permission of course).
Yeah, canonically, Paps doesn't actually enjoy conflict, and the only time he was gonna actually show Frisk the blasters, the annoying dog stopped it (in the game) I plan on making them react to disbelief in due time. Sans and SS Chara are not aware of the belief timelines either (Be it dustbelief or disbelief) so it's gonna be a bigger reveal
Great vid! Small correction though, there were multiple genocide timelines that went to the end before this one. This is proven by the fact that in episode 3, Flowey remembers Frisk/Chara killing them and later in episode 5, where sans mentions the other genocide timelines.
I had that thought, but by the end of episode 5, Sans says he remembers all the previous timelines, including the ONE where frisk killed everyone, implying it was just one, so I was confused about that
Alright, in Love pt. 1, Frisk revealed he did every Neutral Run possible, meaning Flowey probably couldn't remember them because of TRUE RESETs Frisk could've done before doing full genocide run (which back out from).
Sans seems to remember everything before True reset though, it seems like only Sans' ... memories were glitched by the timeline. I honestly assumed Asriel was also affected by this, but seems not. I'm still confused whether glitchtale only had one genocide run or more
@@GenTem no, there's been the one GT Frisk did (excluding the every possible Neutral ending he accomplished), and then the ones GT Flowey attempted (and failed to sans contlessly). Sans couldn't remember timelines truly in Undertale, even if their different, Swap!Papyrus is correct in BTT comic, they predict, he and Sans can't truly remember, only deja vu, tricks, and reality-related shenanigans. Sans RESETting, caused the glitches that allowed him to remember all previous timelines. The glitches were further caused by Frisk putting his actual name down, triggering the Hard Mode to Undertale (resulting Betty's creation, Chara->Asriel's new soul, Gaster's resurrection, etc...)
@@Magma-Idiot-2001 oh yeah I'm aware OG Sans can't remember timelines, it's just that the way the dialogue goes in this episode makes it a bit more confusing, since Chara says Frisk resetting in the 'wrong place' was that caused the timeline to glitch, but it really was Sans resetting there that caused the glitches, correct?
Hmm.. Since you're doing quite a few already, is there any chance for either StoryShift or Undertale to react to the Fatal Error comic? As Sans nor SS!Chara know what he is, it would be an interesting delve into that Sans's world/life. But, you don't have to if you are busy ^-^ just a thought.
are u going to the part 2 of this or the ships one the next time u upload? Cause either way i'm fine with either casue ik it will be entertaining but don't rush urself
