To be Universe+ level you need to destroy a space - time continuum, since in base Goku after absorbing the God ki is stronger than SSG Goku before absorbing the god ki, and SSG Goku can destroy universe 7 macrocosm that has 8 space - time continuums inside, base Goku is easily low multiversal.

Nah, chara can only reset the undertale world if you put goku vs chara in a neutral place, Goku's existence also will kill chara, Also Chara only have the control of in game player and the undertale universe, because if Chara controlled irl player, they are already above fiction and can control us irl, but they can't do that, that makes Chara Universal at max. Reset also doesn't matter to Goku, since my guy literally defeated Jiren who is stated by Vados in his suppressed form casually transcends time, that alone makes Base Goku casually Multiversal. So Can Chara beat Goku who is a higher dimensional being??? Nah.

@@RamiSoe she deleted the players file which is destroying the verse, she did that in like one swing too, that right there can get her to high uni+ to low multiversal, base goku is low uni and at max goku is low complex multiversal which is strong, you can’t over look save and resets, that’s a big feat, saving and resetting is destroying the universe and remaking it till the point that is was, and frisk was doing that, and we know that chara is stronger then frisk and chara one shot frisk that by it self is a low complex multiversal feat so that would make chara and goku about the same if you count the lore yeah sans beat goku about low diff at best, sans in the lore can manipulate gravity with no limit meaning sans could just kill goku with gravity. Another feat for sans is that in the lore if you killed someone before (which goku has) he can basically insta kill you, also sans has auto dodge basically on which in the lore can dodge anything and everything no matter what the speeds are for 24 turns which you have to take if you fight a monster, the only way to beat sans is by out haxing him which goku doesn’t or you haven’t killed no one
