Some tips from an outertale main with 10k exp: use stars then gravitational field so they can’t jump to avoid the smaller stars, if they get hit directly by a big star it can easily deal upwards of 40 damage
Pro tip from ULCs top outer main… dont use gravity at all unless around 15-20 STM. Gravity will carry over to the next phase and use gravity phase 1 will replace your best move… s t a r s
bone sliders and blasters in phase 2 are just op if you use both of them even bone throw might make it harder to dodge and classic's battle mode and corridor bones makes it better and harder to dodge but use battle mode and corridor bones after the bone sliders blasters and sometimes bone throw it will help you get extra damaged so yeah its pretty good since you can use the combos and battle mode helps you get rid of the cooldowns if done perfect also use corridor bones during the battle mode
battlemode on classic can be used to not be executed (killer's knife ability) cuz on his second life is going to be hard to get that again, and IF he gets that, well there is 2 options here: one: you have low stamina soooo yea, and two you have a LOT of stamina and you can try doging or killing him by using blaster and bonewall/bonejumps, and don't forget the bonethrow lol
These are both easy characters to learn, outer is simple as camp but don't spam moves (you did the exact opposite to start ph2 in fights) and classic is as simple as learn how to aim and use force, alot + let map attacks be combined with aimable attacks + let box attacks do the work
biggest tip by a outer fan:use star spin at the start of the round in the middle and use gravitational field so that if they try to go through it they take dmg or if they try to walk around it near the wall use blasters to deal half there hp =)
A tip from a sans main like me : in phase 2 use sliders and blasters then when they are dodging use teh battle mode cause it gets them off guard trying to dodge teh attacks
the new blasters in general tend to get stuck which is a downside for some characters (classic, fell, dust, his variants and skins except for murder) Outer uses the classic blasters which clips through walls which makes it an upside eventually tho we will have all characters having the new blasters (newly released outer dust has remodelled blasters exclusive to him currently)
I haven't played them, but I will give them some characteristics that I can resemble the old characters. Since your bullet is hrll, you should try to use it attack at the same time. This absolutely inevitable mat gives the 2nd phase. If it's at 1, well just dodge and always leave 1 attack so they can't get close to you. Try to shoot the blaster behind walls whenever possible. Sometimes you zip on the normal wall and sometimes you slide for the blaster so they can't tell which asset they are. I knew more but I forgot.
If you did upgradeless comparasion then classic wins cuz outer just get rushed too much without spinning stars while classic even got map attacks on phase 2 and also auto aim blasters
If outer didn't get nerfed by making gravity+stars be different,he would've won due to him being pure bullet hell, but in this case undertale practically does that, a bit worse but he's still a really good bullet hell char
I find that he is better than before that nerf or something... The black hole lasts longer and doesn't require people to jump in it anymore... He is also still extremely damaging in his second phase, spamming all his star based moves as soon as he hits second phase can automatically get rid of one life for the determination users and spamming black hole and his star falling thing makes you almost impossible to hit without making the charas have to take some damage. His moves also don't require to much stamina so his lack of stamina people talk about doesn't really matter.
@@bearthebeast5917 his 2nd phase Is horribly broken i know, but its the phase 1 for both characters that Sells these so badly, one has little to no camping potential aside from bonezone, bone jumps, force one of these aré mostly ignored half of the Time (bone jumps), while the other requieres a bit More timing due to His cds , both got a bit of an average stam, and thats where UT shines,he uses LESS stamina, even if his phase 1 Is kinda bad for both they aré good. No matter in what scenario you place them Excluding real knife users this mfs just brainlessly Rush into any atttack cause of save
In my opinion, ut better. Not only because the battle box and final attack, but also because when u get skilled on him u literally win every match. Also undertale needed for BTT and TP, so u need to upgrade him anyways. Outer is sucks when u start to play at him. He has lower stamina and survive ability on low upgrades , and his blasters in phase 2 sucks. Outer is good choice for newbies what only can spam moves(outer is spammy as hell), but I better pick fell( but I didn’t play him since 300 wins lol). So in my opinion ut better than ot.

Tip from sans main with 20k exp: dont use passive bones, always use force, stand still when enemy is far and move the close, use battle mode as escape from tough situation
imo classic is better, the problem is that it takes a lot of skill to use classic. but once you have the skill, he is one of the hardest sanes to beat.
@@plasmsclaw217nah, playing as classic only need stamina management, like half of moves are map wide, and aim moves are quick, to hit with outer blasters is harder bc of longer startup and lower range, but more beneficial due damage output Also you can't just spam all your moves, otherwise you get rushed, while classic has force in both phases and box move, making it easier for classic to stay alive before final, so Outer would need more skill Also, Outer's blackhole works on play as yourself in default, while chara moves MUST jump to get caught, and you can't have 4 DT in 1 game, bc of server is for 4 players
Classic is much easier to use wym? U legit rely on auto aim and auto moves most the time as classic Outer takes more skill and is only better than classic if a pro is playing him
