OK So, lots going on here.
While the contents of this fight may not make sense in the context of Undertale, I looked at it from a gameplay perspective, and decided it was the perfect opportunity to include a little bit of each of the game modes I had been coding up for UKSRTALE. Yes, that means the soul colors are different intentionally, you do not need to point this out in comments - the souls are not representing the humans that fell underground anymore, but rather the gameplay styles that the player has learned.
Firstly, no, this is not impossible, though it might be one of the hardest charts on my channel now, I can still pass it (it's me playing in the video).
Flowey's sprites took FOREVER to put together. I had a sprite sheet with 999999 pieces and I had to hand place and animate them all to get this to work.
Yes, that's my face that sometimes appears inside Flowey's TV.
GREEN soul's yellow arrows took forever to code.
The savestate game actually warps the chart back to where it was when he saved it (signified by the onscreen message)
The soul microgames are where you go to lose all your points. I lost 15% through taking hits in the games, I actually hit 86% of the steps.

This file is a part of UKSRTALE. As such, there is no download provided at present. UKSRTALE release date tentative, but either FALL 2016 or EARLY 2017 date is most likely.
Maybe certain channels... such as AzuriteReaction... may get to sample it early :P
