SCREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE I'M OUTTA' HERE GUYS-
You can hear how much badassery this dude has, but the pain and trauma is also there, which is what makes this probably one of the best theme songs out there.
People: *Commenting on similarities to "Bring It On"* Me: Wow, it's almost like it's the same artist doing a theme for another AU of the same character or something. Characters have leitmotifs specifically to make their themes easier to identify
@@cassiamomberg7164 Well, Glitchtale is an alternate timeline, while XTale deals with the multiverse as a whole. So they technically exist in the same "universe".
Duplicity Maybe because XFrisk has to dealing with his goods pruposes(make everyone free from XGaster) and bads pruposes (cuz XGaster is using him for make sure that XChara don't make messes again) (Yes bad grammar sorry-)
If you read XTale comic you'll understand why. Basically Frisk is an asshole, that doesnt like Gaster not only because he destroys and then recreates the same timeline, but also because is tired of being under his control. From XTale V we get to know that he doesnt even like to coexist with Chara. Leaving as to think that maybe the original XTale timeline was pretty regular i.e Frisk was main character, he had power to reset, save and load and Chara was his invisible companion (just like in Undertale)
@Magicdratini Uhhhhh, no, he just found them, ok, but say adoptive at least, cause he simply tripped undert-I mean ground and stumbled upon mo-I mean the 2 kids
@Christopher Damant You know that if there are similar leitmotifs it's not 'because' (enphasis on *because*) Cami helped with the OST, but because its the **same composer ? Nyx did both OSTs
They represent frisk being controlled by gaster for his experiment and he has knives around his soul because he wants to die in order to be free If you've ever seen black panther and remember killmonger he said "Bury me in the ocean with my ancestors who jumped from the ships, because they knew death was better than bondage"(Also duplicity means to basically trick someone so frisk is constantly trying to use others to trick themselves into killing him)
I love how you can see how frisk is showing duplicity, as they hold the hand with their locket in front of them; showing one side of them, while they hold their DETERMINATION behind them, showing their second side, completely contradicting the first.
Just think about how cool it is: Every XTale Character was defeated than they took out they're final weapon Than XFrisk appears and the music begins to play And everyone is speakless🖤
Nyx has done an amazing job with Xtale's theme songs, this theme for XFrisk really captures him alot. A very badass theme song to suit XFrisk. He went from being a kind hearted pacifist to a human child who didn't care about using others to get what he wants due to the X!Event soul corrupting His personality. Now, Since he doesn't have his soul, hes fully possessed by XGaster. Amazing work Nyx!
Look mang, I ain't cheating on Cami. I just support the homies. Both Cami and Jael do good shit. Caught up with both series, and I love both their works.
The fact that you hear Overwrite’s main guitar in Duplicity, shows that X!Chara will be heavily involved if this theme ends up being used. My theory (if this is used) is that X!Gaster will force X!Frisk to fight his brother X!Chara, and perhaps by Frisk’s SAVE button X!Frisk could be brought back. If he doesn’t have a soul, X!Chara could share half of his soul to show a real brotherly bond.
Probably but at the same time probably not. Remember, UT Fisk is the first Frisk in existence. You kill her/he/them/idc , you kill all Frisk. That and unlike Xfrisk whose technically an Npc, UT Frisk is the literal embodiment of the player. Same goes to Xt Gaster. Additionally Xg and Uf are not playing storymode anymore, instead they are practically in creative.
@@cardi1783 i don't know, Xchara was trained by Xundyne, so Xchara is a pretty skilled fighter, but I can see frisk wins If Xgaster gives him some power up, to entertain himself
@@Trigger-ub6xn 1. gotta remember that Frisk/Chara does not own their universe anymore, Sans does, and he refused to keep fighting 2. XFrisk is not "technically an NPC" since he was *THERE* before the creation of its own universe, see him and XChara as equals to XGaster 3. seeing the huge difference of power between XMTT and XMuffet vs MTT and Muffet, i think its pretty smart to assume XFrisk would destroy Frisk/Chara
The song is super badass and I really love the guitars and the artwork! The title and the artwork terrify me however, along with the music... Almost like there is going to be a larger story between X!Frisk and X!Gaster (the Claws look like X!Gaster’s after all) Dude though that music is BADASS and fits up with the theme of the title and character perfectly~
Ok, this is a simple guess. Judging by the soul that Frisk is holding, is that Chara’s soul or his own??? Cause if it’s Chara’s souls than Frisk would probably be seeking revenge. But it could also be his own soul. Or is it UT Frisk’s soul? Jeezus so many souls so little time.
Although Frisk hasnt been shown as an adult since Underverse 0.6+ and Xtale Timeline -2 (or 3 and below), I think it's his own, considering he IS suicidal.
it will seem strange, but listening to the X! Frisk theme, emotions roll over me. I feel everything that X! Frisk experienced, being the event of Gaster. all these feelings and emotions I somehow understand in this theme. author, you have very cool, high-quality and beautiful soundtracks and themes for characters. I will watch and love the underverse next. thank you so much to you and Jake for this beauty.
Why all suddenly a massive rush of songs? Is there some fight in 0.5 where x-tale fights for or against x-gaster? I think it is for x-gaster as in the comics faster overwritten the time line when x-tale reveled against him.
do y'all think that the people that are fighting hear each others' themes? like is that a normal thing? like would someone be able to identify that it was frisk based off of the 'bring it on' leitmotif shown in both frisk themes here. eh, maybe only in undertronic.
@@ARandomSpace, yep. And if Chara doesn’t get his revenge, so help me god I will find a way to improve my writing tenfold just to make it happen unofficially.
I like the combination of Bring it on! 1:16 Is we're "Bring it on" comes in. Also, thanks for teaching me a new word^^ "Duplicity..." I'll keep it in mind.
Just listened to the track. This is SO AWESOME. I can't put the awesomeness into words here. Also now that Frisk has two themes........ I DON'T KNOW WHAT'S BETTER!😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁 Awesome work NYX.
CillmaCuvas Fan: jakeiiiiii, camiiiiiii, we want glitchtale and underverse cross overrrrrr Nyx: *release a underverse song that have bring it on play behind* *insert outstanding move meme here*
Until now i haven't seen anyone noticing this, so i'm gonna point it out for those who still didn't realized this detail This song has a leimotif with Bring it on (Glitchtale frisk's theme)
He can't do so Frisk was in condition when he was fused with Chara and Chara was like it was in Undertale, behind him and sometimes taking control He can't have Chara's soul But still good reference tho
I always heard X-Frisk singing like hiding something and I edit the 3:07 lyrics: maybe this makes no sense ''When the days happened again to separate us coexist, we will never meet again in fate, we can't resist him and he will make us live on painful life until walking up a dead end, but one day will solve anything to be freedom... (can't imagine the next part)''
