I REALLY recommend to leave at least half an inch of space between the tape and scalp , it is extremely painful when its to close to the scalpt especially when trying to sleep and it rips hair like crazy, I am speaking from personal experience

Lady Mitch nope don’t do that yet until you watch the tutorials on how they rip that same strip of hair out that it’s attached to every time you manipulate the hair into a style or comb it. I was gonna get those to until I saw the aftermath. I’ll stick with the combs. A least I can regularly treat my hair (weekly) properly without worrying about ripping my hair out.
You just put some oil on them and they slide right on off, zero damage as long as you took extra care of your hair and did not yank the tape out during the removal process. Also need to make sure the extensions are not extremely heavy or too long for your tresses or it can cause your hair to weaken. In this video she did the minimal so she could have the effect of longer, fuller hair without damaging it.
Right my same thoughts im about protective hair styles and tape that just like glue and ion glue nothing in mine not happening s o yes a removal video would b good
@@randialade8751 yeah I think I will stick with the clip ins for 4c hair. Even with that for best results I would say to braid the hair horizontally instead of leaving it free with the attempt to blend it with the 4c texture.
Damn that looks super natural. The glue on those hair strips are hella strong! Water, brushing and the tracks are still hanging tough. Great Job hunny!!!!!
I purchased the kinky curly extensions from Studio Techilo (this shop/stylist) and they are the BOMB. Wore them for about 8 weeks and then I went to the grocery store and picked up one bottle of olive oil (any will do). I lathered my scalp and each row with the olive oil and let it sit for 15/30 minutes and the extensions slid right out. Customer service from Ms. Aida is superb as well!! You will not be dissappointed:)
@@zodiacmamaaa no damage at all. When it was time to take them out I used a bottle of olive oil. I let it sit about 5 minutes and they slid right out. Of course, I was greasy afterwards 🙄 but no damage at all. This stylist hair is really good quality with minimal shedding.

No doubt they're beautiful but I don't live in Atl and I'm disappointed that there's info on where or how I could even get them. I watch RU-vid hair videos to learn how to do something or learn where to get it. So we're left to lust over the possibility. 😔

I've done these before and I cut each strip in 3 and 4 pieces and it was even that much more natural especially closer to the edges and top. It turned out like infusions. Taoe extensions can last up to a month. They are high maintenance though. Removal is very easy. Just saturate the tape in remover and they slide out like butter and leave little residue. The wearer can experience breakge in the roots after repeated wear.
@@AbaitheyBeauty I think it's best to wear curly or wet n wavy styles since heat from straightening can loosen the bond. Be careful combing and brushing so u don't snag your roots combing to close to the tape. Keep it moisturized and don't use products containing alcohol or oil because they both can loosen the tape. Like I said it's high maintenance and though it looks great for about 2 weeks it's not an extended wear extension. Best used for no more than 2 weeks to a month if curly or wavy. Placement of the extensions IS IMPORTANT and your "leave out" is IMPORTANT. Hair that is thin or has little edges will not be ideal in the final look. The longer and Fuller your natural hair the better. In the end these extensions like many others were created to work best on European type hair textures of no more than a 2-3 C hair type.
