And also, Tony Brother ref, who hates luka, some calls was so much taken from ass, that i was watching 2nd half with skyrocketing heartbeat, especially, that they provoked luka to get more than 1 tech.
The wolves fans are running around bragging Dallas is going to be crushed by their defense despite the fact Denver blew them out in 3 games, was up 20 in game seven, and then a white bench player for Denver held Edwards to under 20 points three times in a seven games.
@@SDesWriter you can just say Christian Braun. Not everything has to be racial. So fkn lame. The top 2 mvp candidates were white this year btw. The league is diverse, it’s a good thing.
@@edelmantoamendola I guess you missed the part where virtually all the ex player Talking Heads insisted Shai was MVP even though he had the 3rd best numbers. Do you think if Embiid had continued putting up 35 or 36 points a game they would’ve said SGA deserved it more at 30/5/6? The same guys are now saying that Edwards is the next Jordan and going to dominate the finals as a 25/5/5 player. Then you have Luca at 34/9.5/9 and either he’s too slow, doesn’t play defense, or gets too mad at the officials to be great. If you think that’s based on reality, you’re welcome to your opinion. I know when I suggested that Braun would be the best person to defend Edwards I was roundly laughed at by fellas who look a lot more like him than they do like me all over the comment sections. I was right and the only reason they had that opinion had to do with how much of a suntan he can get.
Keyshawn on Dallas "you can't take anything away from them" Then proceeds to hate on Luka and take everything away from them..... OKC aint going anywhere... with all due respect, they are going home.
Keyshawn is a clown. He can go ahead and watch the what if finals in his head on whatever teams he thinks "shouldve" won. Plus is nobody going to bring up how bad the refs tried to force a game 7? So gross
Can someone please explain to Keyshon that the reason Dallas’ “pieces” contributed is because Luka finds them in position to score. SGA is more of a scorer, less of a guy lifting up his teammates.
Don't include westbrick and giannis into this . Shai was efficiwnt . Westbrick would probably go 9/30 for his 36 and giannis would go 5/15 from the ft line
@@Fraudkovicits not about efficiency dude, if hes a superstar, if you gonna say the thunder led by Shai, you cant just be well he gave me 35 thats enough. Lebron, MJ, Kobe ,KD and Giannis has scored multiple 40+ games when needed whether they lost or won and they got criticized. Skip just saying well Shai scored 36 thats enough is ridiculous
Skip is the biggest bandwagon troll, I've ever seen. He went from Spurs to the Clippers and now the OKC. When they build a team around Wemby. He'll be back on the Spurs wagon.
@@jeffwoodall1998bruh SPURS stink right now you can’t blame dude for cheering for a team that’s his home city 😂 it’s not that unreasonable. OKC crushed the west this year and he believed in em. It’s not wrong to call that bandwagon but if it is it’s not the most egregious kind
But like... Kyrie got the put-back if that foul isn't called. They're still down by 1 with around 2 seconds left. It's basically the exact same situation.
Series despite being tight in last game was clearly leaning towards Dallas. Dallas gave them a game 3 win which they had in their pocket. First game was only clearly OKC. And last one could go either way. Overall OKC wasn't really close
JKidd was the floor general of the 2011 Championship. He’s seen all the teams Dallas is facing in a Championship Win. A 2 Peat Kobe Bynum Gasol Lakers. (SWEPT) A KD Westbrook James Harden Surge Perk OKC (4-1) 🤵 🧹 A Lamarcus Aldridge Greg Oden Brandon Roy Batum Tralblazers A Lebron Wade Chris Bosh Miami Heat If Luka didn’t have fights with the refs it would never be as close.
Hearing a lot of would haves, could haves and should haves. End of the day though, the Mavericks cut down not just a 17 point lead, but a 16 point lead and a 11 point lead and played as an overall unit with help from Lively and PJ Washington with Luka and Kyrie leading the way. Dallas battled back in a tough game 6. Let’s go Mavs!
How do they talk like Oklahoma won this game? Keyshawn says Oklahoma ain't going nowhere... They're going home! Paul Pierce is the only one on here that speaks factual while the other two speak hypotheticals.
Mavs starting line up vs minny Dec 14: Luka, Exum, DJJ, Grant, Lively- loss Dec 28: Hardy, Exum, DJJ, Grant, Lively- Loss Jan 7: Luka, Kyrie, DJJ, Green Powell- WIN Jan 31: THJ, Green, Hardy, Grant, Holmes- Loss The only time Luka and Kyrie played, they won. Min top 8 played every game.
Chet surprised me with his defence agains 2 towers. He did way better than I expected. He mostly stood his ground. From a mavs fan. You got the wrong scapegoat...
Finally!! Paul pierce putting respect on Dallas’ name. Fkn everyone on inside the NBA chose the wolves.. which I’m fine with cause whoever chuck chooses ends up losing haha
@@SherpaK_ I get it, but if Dallas lost everyone would be criticizing them instead of congratulating a team that’s only been together for 5 months. OKC blew a 17 point lead they had in the 3rd quarter. OKC is a very great team, but they lost because most of the players weren’t ready for the moment, and Dallas’s Defense is under appreciated and underestimated
Chet got 3 rebounds, luka got 10 rebounds because luka is smart enough and knows how to position himself to secure possession of the ball. Thats why he is the best player in the series because he does every important plays which skip and keyshawn dont want to dee it.
Thunder were up 17 in the second half and lost the game. This was an enormous choke job by SGA and the Thunder but these guys won’t say that because they are the media darlings despite SGA being older than Luka
Key is wrong. I just don’t understand the Luka hate. Shai will give you 30-35 points every game and nothing more. Paul is right. You need your superstar to give you that much more. You need Shai to give you 40-45 points and 10-15 rebounds and assists. Luka can do it. He can give you 30 points on a bad night and still give you a triple double. The difference is Luka gave you a superior effort defensively over his regular season stats. He gave you that something extra. Luka just doesn’t get any recognition except from Paul. The eye test doesn’t lie either. Shai is slick as they come but Luka posts up centers, he is physically imposing, has great handles and is still improving.
You absolutely cannot say Mavs have more to work with. For one thing, mavs have been criminally unsong by the majority of nba media. 2nd OKCs defensive scheme was predicated on forcing the others to beat them, namely by crowding the paint and forcing Dallas to beat them by kickouts and corner 3s. Which is exactly what they did. Thunder coaching staff gambled and it didn't pay off
“We know that was a fluke” Paul wtf are you talking about ? They man handled them 3 of their wins and came back from 20 in game 7. Nuggets just couldn’t handle the wolves.
@@DarkKnight-zk5cx nice excuse, too bad the wolves just locked them down. Joker didn’t even play well. So in reality I guess the whole team disappeared 😢😢😢
Never seen a 1st seed that lost in 6 get so much praise. It’s kinda disgusting. And the foul call wasn’t even necessary because Kyrie had an immediate put in to score. This is absurd. The day SGA can be an auto 45/50 point guy he’s not him. This years Thunder reminds me of 22 year old Luka be clippers ( healthy ). It’s one dude playing 5.
Paul Pierce elevates this show but I feel like I disagree a little bit with him about Shai. He had a signature game. Other than that, tell em P and let's go Mavs
Keyshawn is unbelievable, how come he became an analyst, he is irrelevant. Talking about luka not the best downplaying the stats wow. That triple double speaks for itself. Imagine taking away the 10 rebounds 10 assists and 29 points?
Unpopular opinion… kyrie had that put back on that miss anyways so I think if pj wouldn’t have gotten fouled Kyrie would’ve possibly had the game winner.
Hate to point out the obvious, but that victory had less to do with Luka or Kyrie. The hustle and athletic plays of guys like Gafford, Lively, Washington and Jones is what did it for the Mavs down the stretch.
Funny when you say "I can't ask more from SGA" but when Luka has a 33 12 10 game he's a bum because he didn't hit a 3 in the fourth quarter or something 🤣
I can see what people mean now about Key’s wild takes. Saying Luka wasn’t the best player in this series after having three straight 29+ pt triple doubles to close it out? 🤡
