Pro athletes are pro athletes football basketball don't matter same type of field just different sport different rules but these pundits like skip Nick Wright Stephen A y'all fine with them non-sport playing puppets talking about Pro sports and athletes 😮😊😅😂
If im a Lakers fan, i am not gonna be happy if JJ gets this job. You can kiss any championship potential out the window. The inner madness that will take place in that locker room when the pressure begins (which it will)... not gonna be good. I for once agree with Key on this. haha.
It is funny to think that you could possibly get a job with NO experience coaching the Lakers or any team for that matter. Just the idea thats out there is scary. In the real world.... try that. Just saying lol. It happens but not very often at that ;-)
There's been plenty of times where its happened before.... I don't agree with the locker room stuff just bcuz Lebron has been and still will be the leader and head of the team over any coach, but... This would finally give everyone a reason to put everything on Lebron and no where for him to hide....I just think this is making Lebron the coach without saying he's the coach
you are a Lakers fan, well you are a fan, so what you think doesn`t matter, your role is to buy merch and write dumb comments. I`m not trying to offend you really, it`s just what all fans do myself included
I think JJ gone be special as a coach I’m telling you he is really smart and he will take it serious and players respect him JJ also is a non BS guy we will get the best out of his players
😂😂 imagine going for a interview for a Great job, but everyone who does not know you , or even know what you can bring to the table says he is not the right fit, but the ones hiring believe you are. Sounds like more of hate to me. You never know what a fresh mind to the game as a coach can bring.
In my opinion, the crucial point that seems to be overlooked is that JJ is being positioned as the future coach. His primary responsibility will be to mentor and develop A.D. for the long-term success of the organization.
Mentor AD? AD has already had a better career than Reddick lol. If you're going to hire a new coach with no experience to mentor someone it should be on a young lottery team
I don’t like Skips new role of being a moderator on this show. I think he is the most controversial and fun to watch when he can go off instead of moderating the entire discussion
7:55-8:00 Westbrook and Anthony? No skip its only westbrook. Anthony is a good contributor for the Lakers off the bench when he was with the Lakers. 69 Games played 13.3ppg 4.2 rebs Shooting 37.5 from 3
The NBA is, first and foremost, a business. Politics play a significant role in decision-making within the league. When Coach K's name was mentioned, it became evident that JJ would be the chosen coach.
went from getting swept in the WCF last year.. to a Play In team the next season and they're saying they got championship aspirations... Lakers getting glazed a bit too much
Not that I think JJ Redick wouldn't a good fit for the job, but I'd rather he stick to what he's doing right now. Seems like JJ is in a very good place and I love his podcasts and what he has been building over the years. JJ loves basketball.
I seen a video on RU-vid were LeBron LITERALLY telling Darvin to "GIMME THE CLIPBOARD". And I HOPE they hire him. LOL we can ALL SEE just HOW "Smart" JJ THINKS he is. Gotta go with Skip on this one. I'm not a "LeBron Hater", BUT I would love to see this TRAIN WRECK.
I think jj would be a good fit, yall trippin.... remember it's not just about the coach but the staff too, he could head coach it and have a vet assistant. If we're thinking coach from now and towards future then JJ is the guy, he could be the next pat Riley. We've already hired the assistant coaches and mad them head coaches and that hasn't worked out either. Let's switch it up and get a real young, players coach, who's played the game, is a student of the game, and has an above average IQ when it comes to mindset of the game. Yall trippin for not seeing the positives of this working out.
I am utterly convinced that children should not inherit professional sports teams from their parents. Name an adult child who continued the same success their parent had running an organization. I'll wait.
Lakers are a mess again. This is like Mitch Cupcheks last few years where he gave that russian guy Mozgov 60 million for no reason. Stop with the rookie coach crap
Next time Sherm, you gotta be smarter about the game this time. Stay on roads you know well and practice driving after 1 drink, then 2, then 3, until you reach that threshhold where you think your driving ability is suspect to neutral onlookers. Then always stay below that number and you can drive buzzed as often as you like. Or take advantage of rising BAC and don't start drinking until you're driving but stop before your BAC hits a level that compromises you noticably.
