Omg i love this style of video because now i know I'm not taking too long when i do my eyeshadow. I love eyeshadow it's my favourite makeup step, so normally, it takes me in between 20 - 30 minutes to create a look. I've saved this video and am definitely going to recreate this look. I LOVE this video. You can actually follow along in real time. I would call this an “Old school” makeup video. Actual unedited makeup tutorials are rare these days. I know it’s not possible all the time but maybe a regular series of unedited videos once a month with a specific request from followers could be possible. I know I would love that!! This is by far the most helpful eyeshadow video that I have seen on your channel, hands down. By seeing it in real time I have a more realistic expectation of how long a look can take and now I feel like I have a better idea of how to blend shadows since I got to see every step. Yes!! I said the same thing with the blending!! I have a hard time blending because I blend too much then my eyeshadow becomes muddy looking.

I think I watch your Eyeshadow videos the most, your so detailed with how you explain and the real close up you give helps alot I rewatch alot ..I appreciate how much you use your Palettes I dnt really see any influencers really go back frequently to re use or show new looks taking their time ,and I get there's so much to review so ppl try and use so many shades in 1 look . I like a more detailed look . Sometimes I'll check your channel out b4 I get a new Palette to see what u think how much you have used it and how versatile you are with it..to replicate.

Thanks for the tips and tricks! You are the blending queen! I would have never thought of using face powder to blend the shadow edges. I love the Sigma E65 and never thought of using it with a pencil. Patty can make 5 looks out of any palette! Both of you are amazing!

Lancôme eyeliners are very creamy, goes on clean and lump free. I also like their pigments. Soft and doesn’t take much for color to pop. I like your technique time doesn’t matter on these videos because you are teaching/talking etc. Great video

I felt like the taupe colors had an olive undertone that’s very subtle and then there’s two deeper taupe plums. I really wanted this pallet to work, but I found myself so stressed out every time I tried to make a look that I liked and ultimately, I felt the same way you said “I like it but I don’t”. I hope in the future she will come out with a pallet that has like a gloomy, rainy day soft blue kinda like the blue metallic she had in the original golden palette. That is more of a color I’m willing to wear. I basically don’t feel comfortable wearing anything in the teal color family because I just feel like it immediately brings out the dark circles under my eyes

I LOVE this real time eye shadow application video! After all, that IS the way we actually apply our makeup. This is much more realistic. I also liked seeing you use regular face powder on your eyes. I often do that for the inner part of my eyes when I am doing a very simple eye look.

I love seeing the unedited version! More, more, more! Its nice to see how long it takes and hear your thoughts as you apply the shadows. I'm impressed you could keep up with 2 cameras at once! I know some people don't make videos because they have a hard time maneuvering one camera! (No idea who I could possibly be referring to here!) That look comes off as way more silver or gray on you - but it's still very pretty. I like how versatile it is. I absolutely cannot afford the Glam palette right now, but I've been eyeing it for weeks. You just moved it up in my priority list! Beautifully done, kiddo! ❤

I love this look! I think it looks much more grey an your skin. Looking at the colors in the palette I never would have envisioned this look. I feel so clumsy and get frustrated that even when I follow tutorials, it never comes out like theirs. It's also helpful that you discuss your brush choices, show how it looks on the brush and explaining how you are applying. Please more of these! I can't wait for more. I definitely trying this one today with my SG Mel dupes and other ND dupes. If I can figure out how to use the colors in this palette, I might buy it.

Hi Angela, Just watched the video. Loved it and will watch more! I thought it was just me with my left eyelash looking different than the right. I figured that its because of how the wand is positioned. What I do is I use my left hand to do the right eye and vice versa so that each eye is coated the same. I noticed an improvement, especially on the lower lashes.

Thanks for showing how long these beautiful looks really take, and now I don't feel so bad that mine never looks like this. I didn't realize how edited down these videos are.
