Unemployment is a longstanding issue for the last 60 yrs. Educated & uneducated & skilled & unskilled all are suffering from this issue. But from these who are creative or innovative have tasted success. This type of innovative & creative Education if imparted then most of the problem can be solved. That's what China has implemented over the time & have tasted success.
Indeed, there are no job crises for skilled and talented people. But the issue lies with the majority of the people who are holding degrees but no skill. Here they need to understand the importance of skill and getting the market ready, then we may solve this issue to a larger extent.
Tourism sector can only be boosted by first giving quality education to all at school level.. People don't keep their surrounding clean in India or I would say very very few people has that awareness of cleanliness..
जब जनसंख्या और घुसपैठ इतना ज्यादा होगा भारत में तो रोजगार की कमी तो होना ही है , ऊपर से डिग्रीधारी पड़े हुए है उनके पास डिग्री तो है लेकिन शिक्षित नही है वो ,
ट्रेंड होना और शिक्षित होना दोनो में बहुत अंतर होता है, जैसे बाईक मैकेनिक ट्रेंड होता है लेकिन वो शिक्षित नही होता क्यू की उसको ये नही मालूम होता की किस कारण ये बाइक चलती है उसको ये मालूम होता है ये घिस गया है उसको बदल दिया जायेगा तो सही हो जायेगा,
Maybe vocational guidance is needed as well. What are the youth getting PG degrees in? Why? Do they have a career objective? Are they pursuing it correctly or expecting g jobs to be handed bcuz they are PG? Entitled?
Skilled labor from schools, colleges should start so that children get employment as soon as they finish their studies and as you and Rahul sir has said, I agree. ITI used to give some training some years back, not sure if it is still there for children finishing school. If not there, they should start again.
श्रीमान और श्रीमती , रोजगार का मतलब सरकारी नौकरी माना जाता है , देश मे सरकारी नौकरी की संख्या कितनी है यदि राज्यों को भी जोड़ दिया जाए तो कितनी होगी , मैक्सीमम 3 कड़ोड़ , फिर तो 140 कड़ोड़ जनसंख्या बेरोजगार है , इस तरह की मानसिकता से उबरना होगा , इसलिए skill development होना चाहिए , स्व रोजगार पर ज्यादा ध्यान देना चाहिए , अपने हाथ से काम करने वाले की कमी है , कृषि क्षेत्र मे बहुत संभावनाए है ।
जी, जनसंख्या एक बड़ी समस्या बेरोजगारी के लिए। पर यूवाओ को पारंपरिक शिक्षा के साथ स्किल डेवलपमेंट पर भी जोर देना होगा, तभी हम इस बड़ी जनसंख्या को अपनी ताकत बना पाएंगे।
