Kendra Yates made her nursing graduation ceremony a full-circle moment when she invited members of the VCU Health Evans-Haynes Burn Center who cared for her after a horrific motorcycle crash. Years later, Kendra was inspired to become a nurse in the hopes of providing the same level of exceptional care she received to others. She now works at VCU Health Tappahannock Hospital in the acute care unit.
