The Mining Cultural Landscape Erzgebirge/Krušnohoří has the World Heritage status since summer 2019. It comprises twenty-two component parts (17 in Germany and 5 in the Czech Republic) that together represent the most significant mining heritage, both above and below ground, of the metallogenic mineral province and distinctive cultural region of the Ore Mountains.
