UNEXPECTED BIRD PHOTOGRAPHY ⎸ Expedition to the SWISS ALPS - ep. 3 

For a long time, I have dreamed about photographing Alpine wildlife during the brutal grip of winter. January 2023, I finally made it happen, and went on an eight-day long expedition in the company of (among others) Mateusz Piesiak, Levi Fitze and Marc Siegle. I travelled around Switzerland and France and visited exceptional locations for wildlife photography, capturing some of my best images to date. In the third episode of this six-part mini-series from the Alps, I photograph Alpine birds from atop a mountain in the heart of Switzerland, as well as explore a deep ravine to photograph a bird I have never seen before.
