Wowsa! This is like a Rhum Manhattan! welp. I will be trying this.. instantly. I'm a big manhattan fan, and I enjoy using grassy-spirits in my manhattans.. and Agricole is in that grass-world so!.. this sounds magnificent!!!
Given your aversion to sweet vermouth, I'm surprised you even tried this. I'd like to try this with aged rhum agricole. Sweet vermouth and aged spirits are great together!
Nope! Doesn't work for me but I know tons of people will love it. Not a rum fan except for the odd cocktail. Really not a rum agricole fan at all. Sticking to a dram of scotch once or twice a week and cutting back on booze - too many calories with daily drinks. Not at all healthy! Cheers!
