Unexpected Myers (AFK Myers) 

I love how the whole purpose of these trials is for the entity to feed through sacrifices and Myers just doesn't give a shit and murders people on his own.

Let’s face it, this is a very Michael Myers thing to do.

I remember not knowing this was a thing. I was playing and Michael was just off in the distance watching everyone but not attacking. I just thought he was throwing. Then I saw one of my teammates get killed without so much as getting hit. Then I knew we were absolutely fucked.

Seeing a survivor die while tbagging at an exit gate is satisfying.

First thing I was taught in dbd is you never ever Tbag Myers.

What makes this all the more terrifying is his goals. He doesn’t do this to win. He does it to find the slowest, most painful and hopeless way of slowly breaking their minds.

Entity: Wants Myers to kill survivors Myers: Mori's all of them Entity: you weren't supposed to do that

this has me crying, i cant imagine their faces when they realized

Entity: "You were supposed to sacrifice them, not kill them!" Myers: "When" Entity: "In that previous trial-" Myers: "-did I ask?"

I like that in the lore, the entity is an all powerful eldrtich monster that feeds off of fear, but he doesn't have any power over Michael because he has no fear.

This is the ideal Myers build. The entity may not like it, but this is what peak performance looks like.

A funny story, as a killer main I tend to get a good understanding of how most killers work by watching videos and I never knew myers could be played this way. A few days after seeing a video like this I tried to get a friend to try dbd and we encountered an AFK myers and he was looking at him dead in the eyes. I immediately realized what the myers was doing and I yelled at my friend to run. Didn’t yell in time and he was the first to go. That crap was like a horror movie and I was laughing so hard because of it.

Fun fact: According to in-game lore, Myers is the only killer that wasn't invited, but rather just brute-forced his way into this realm.

Entity: Hey do you mind getting me some sacrifices? Michael: “So I walk this road alone, the only road that I have ever known”

The entity: “I thought it was a good idea, but that guy Michael creeps me out. I am displeased.”

Remember. In DBD lore, Myers wasn't even summoned to the realm of the Entity. He simply showed up. The entity has no reason for him to be there, but he is there, purely because he is more powerful than the entity. He can do as he likes, nobody can stop him, not even the entity.

This reminds me of when a Bubba sat in the basement the whole game doing nothing, so after gens were done I thought I'd loot the basement chest before I left. Lessons were learned.

What doesn't make sense is that when Myers goes up another tier there is a sound cue so these survivors are idiots for thinking you're still AFK.

Generally, when Myers is afk for long periods of time like this you can assume two things. They are in the middle of a time consuming thing and forgot about DBD, or they are up to something sinister...apparently no one expects the second thing anymore.

This has got to be the scariest shit ever 😂 Imagine being in the fog thinking the killer is broken/absent and he just starts brutally killing a friend

I just imagine Myers saying, "You thought you were so DAMN funny.... I'll show you funny..." Every time he picks somebody up to kill them 😂

The fact that they didn't hear Myer's Evil Within jingle and realize "Oh shit, he's not AFK" is their own damn fault

This one time I had a Myers who clearly didn’t know how to play the game very well, never used his stalk and would just watch us from afar and never chase. Honestly one of the funniest things and it made me realise that going against a Myers is either the funniest thing or absolutely terrifying.

This actually seems like something Michael Myers would do. He just stands there looking at until you finally turn your back.

Honestly this is the most lore-friendly/canon way to play him because in the original Halloween it took so long for Michael to kill any of the main characters and he'd stalk his prey but not do anything until the climax and that's what made him so scary...the suspense waiting for him to do anything but he just won't and when you think he's going to kill some one early...he doesn't but could've done so so easily.

Meyers and ghost face are the two who scare me the most to play against, there's been times where I'm on a gen looking around everything is great, then the next time I look around there's just a meyers staring at me

This reminds me of a game where I went against a killer with the Steam name: "Shy Myers" Basically, we did most of the gens before figuring out who the killer was. We swore at first they were AFK but we looked EVERYWHERE. Every square inch of the Macmillan map with the water tower was combed thoroughly, until about 2 gens left someone said on the call: "Oh shit its a Myers! I saw him peaking at me in a jungle gym" So after finishing the gens we all joined the chase. Yes. We chased him. He tried his best to escape us but it was no use with 4v1. Eventually when we got him cornered, he started lashing out. We thought he was just playing so we paid it no mind. That is, until he popped Tier 3 and proceeded to start slugging us. Thing is, he stopped whenever we left him alone. He never chased. So we'd get ourselves healed back up, chase him again, farm the points for Altruism, repeat. At some point we decided to leave the poor man alone and dip. God I miss that Myers.

The Entity was watching a trial but the killer who was Myers this time wasn't moving. Just stalking. The Entity was confused... then Myers killed the first survivor and it became clear. *Myers was more powerful then the Entity*

My first Myers encounter was in a survive with friends match we were all in a party and I saw Myers and said "Hey I see the killer but he's just staring at me" and cue tier 3 Myers music.

*Michael stabs survivor* Michael: "How'd that get in there?"

I've watched this so much times, such a masterpiece.

I just did a couple matches like this. My favorite was using Blood Warden because I stabbed the first guy I tiered up on, opened the gate, and hooked him. Next thing you know, they perform a risky unhook and dash for the gates, only to find them blocked, of course, and they freaked the duck out. Two kills, one entity sacrifice, and, unfortunately, one sneaky escape. Still, best fun I've had while depipping in forever. Can't thank you enough. :D
