Ive been watching up Until now. 31.26 I can honestly tell you that any time I am having a histamine flare up and I take DAO. It almost always lowers my histamine. It can be In between meals when I have a flare up that is unrelated to food or even after food if that’s what flared me up. I hardly ever take DAO before a meal. That stuff is expensive if you’re going to take it before every high histamine meal. I use it as emergency to lower histamine any time it flares. But never do I take it all the time before a meal. I save it for when it’s needed the most and it almost always helps and most of the time most of the time it’s the only thing that helps.
