Had an opportunity to visit #kollihills as my wife had some work over there. So all three of decided to go to this place so that it could be an outing come work together. We took our tried & tested #fordfiesta for this trip. This place is still unexplored & not known to many & so you will not find much of crowd as other hill stations. The drive is fantastic as you have to cross 70 hairpin bends to reach this place.
The mountains rise to 1300 m (4,300 ft) in height and cover an area of approximately 280 km. It is situated at a distance of 43 km from Namakkal. They are part of the Eastern Ghats, a mountain range that runs mostly parallel to the east coast of southern India. Home to the Arapaleeswarar temple, the mountain is a site of pilgrimage, but the area is also popular with motorcycle enthusiasts because of the high-altitude motorable terrain with 70 hairpin bends.
