Honestly, I love watching vlogs that are more "simple" because it is relatable. When I watch your vlogs it feels like we are just hanging out and it reminds me that not every day in life is going to be eventful and busy but just enjoy the simple days too!!! I'll always watch whatever you put out

Honestly Janelle, you have the Best content! You show the reality of life..the good and the bad! Ps. the anxiety and waking up..I can relate to this...if you have a hard time falling asleep again, may I suggest magnesium calm, or any that you prefer..it will give you a deeper level of rest. I notice this feeling tends to get worse around the "the female cycle", if that helps any. As far as "Love"...well your gracious attitude toward PR, it's rare and refreshing! 😎❤🙏 (hope you always continue to keep it real)🙌

Omg yes, I've noticed it gets worse during that time of the month. I'm definitely going to start taking magnesium again. I was taking the a magnesium vitamin like a pill version, but I've had my eye on the Calm powder. Thanks for mentioning that, because I completely forgot how thats supposed to be super helpful! ❤️

@@janellemariss no problem❤, our cycle can really do a number on our vital organs/hormones...thus our sleep can be affected😞, any magnesium is better than none..but The Calm in some chamomile tea..will surely give you a great sleep when needed. I also spray magnesium oil if drinking something is too much. Thank you ❤😊xo

With everything going around in the world and in my personal life, I'm sort of disheartened and being alone living a hostel life doesn't help at all so just to distract myself I spend most of my time watching y'all. Something or some1 that I love is... I love my daughter she is the only person that understands me without her I'll be dead or I'll be nothing in life. You could be deficient in magnesium or something that is throwing off your energy levels i get that too. I take adaptogen supplements and drink less coffee. I fully understand cuz being a nurse stinks cuz covid is still "a thing" and self care is super important. Love your content !!!
