Paul, you are a good Captain. The crew meetings are vital to ensuring smooth operations. They seem to like their jobs and working for you, which is very important, because after all... the guests are on vacation, not the crew. As I've always said... "The crew reflects the style and competence of the Captain". Safe travels to all.

Loon, the vidios are hetting better, Steve is producing great videos of Loon herself, the crew and how hard they work to make people holiday. Not surprised you get repeat families coming back. Very professional, I getting a better understanding of the superyacht world. Plus watching how your bring the crew skills, lucky ships that get Loon trained crew. I love these videos! They are exciting, they're fun, and they are uplifting. Loon is a gorgeous yacht, and the Loon crew, all of you, are amazing! I would love to charter MY Loon, but it isn't in this lifetime's budget. Ha ha ha ha!!!! If the budget were there, we'd be with you folks! Still, life is good here, and I've had my own fun and successes. I love that I can live vicariously through your videos - the charters, the behind the scenes, and the logistics of making this all come together. Absolutely incredible video… got sore thumbs from screenshotting the images for Instagram. My god these guys are good. Steve is getting amazing at his skills, great video. Steve is getting better and better at editing. For framing people, he still loves center frame. Look up Rule Of Thirds, try and frame the person in the landscapes. It will look next level once he aces that. Seems to do it instinctively with shots of landscapes/boats - just not people (lots of ceiling shots)
I can't nail it down, and I have been watching you guys since the start, some how this vid knocked it out of the park. Good to see the formerly shy mate stepping up. As for your backing in, great job. Now imagine doing it in a 30+ year old semi rust bucket with two worn out old detroit diesels, no bow thruster and crazy wind and current. I did it for almost 20 years. Great video to all involved.
Awhile ago we where on a cruise and had a full day touring the Amalfi coast by coach with lots of stops, no video can show the absolute beauty it offers, breathtaking is an understatement.

There is an absolutely AMAZING vlog set in Positano called, 'Positano Diaries' with Nicki who is English and Carlo who was born in Positano. I recall seeing Loon in there last year before I found this channel. Well worth watching if you liked the town.

Love seeing Tyler getting more practice on ship-handling!! Also Steve and Dylan are getting better and better on the videos and the editing! Love also the real time decision making by CAPT Paul to change location and activities to provide the best for the guests! Would have loved to have been there for a couple of the sunset dinner/drinks cruises, but I don't have that kinda money! Cheers, till the next video.
That scenery was amazing! Personal preference, but I will take that over the Caribbean any day. Also, I am a huge fan of Paul’s leadership style. Always has constructive criticism (the best way for people to grow) and always rewards his crew.
What great fun to tag along on a charter to places I will probably not get to. I follow a few sailing channels for several yrs. It is difficult to grasp the size and luxury of this amazing Superyacht. I would love to experience this type of sea travel. I have done a few luxury cruises, Crystal and Norwegian. As lovely as they were, I think this level would exceed any of those by a landslide. Especially with the crew this attentive. A girl can dream

Smart for the owner and fun for us! I believe their goal is to have enough exposure via on social media + content for their site that they can book all their charters without having to go through a broker (who takes a cut).
Those new mics that Paul and Tyler were using sound good, but the complete lack of ambient sound makes the dialogue feel more like a voiceover than a running commentary. Very nice to get some insights from one of the locals!
