I just watched your video. Unfortunately with my phone, NOTHING WORKED! I have a password on mine that REQUIRES using the keyboard in order to access the phone - INCLUDING, going into Settings and following the steps as you depicted in this video! So, what do you suggest with that issue, OR, do I need to take it to a professional service repair individual and cross my fingers that he/she can FIX the problem with my phone?

I cannot find the Samsung Keyboard in my apps, even when I try to find it by Google voice (since I can't type it in). What can I do?

Thanks for the video. It happened after I updated and after changing to Google board. I chose this one bc of multilingual function and I was looking for a way to make the keyboard bigger. I made my fonts larger, but I need the keyboard that makes the letters and numbers more spaced out from each other. I used to not have problem, but I injured my thumb and it has made it, unfortunately have nerve damage and pain. I always have to fix most of my words over again. Sometimes I use my pointer finger but it's so slow doing it that way! FYI the error did not pop up while I was posting this. I'll see if I can fix it accordinging to your post and I'll let you know!
