UNHAPPINESS & ITS CAUSES
There are three “Cs” that are central to human flourishing. But we completely underestimate their importance. Unprecedented changes in these three Cs over the last few decades explain the extraordinary increases in anxiety, stress, emptiness and depression across society. The three Cs of Community, Comparison and Contribution are embedded in us all from our deep, evolutionary past. We must take action on these three Cs now if humanity is to thrive in the future.
