InshaAllah this decent and kind lady will accept the truth as intellectually there is nothing that compares to Islam. It resonates with her, you can just hear it in her voice. I'm pretty sure if that's her husband he knew it more than anyone else there hence his irritation and protest. May Allah SWT guide her and the husband through her so they both attain the hereafter upon the truth in their hands.

As far as Christianity goes there are pastors, ministers and priests that have left Christianity to Islam, not just laymen (like those you said you know).

Very beautifully intelligently and simply explained without any confusion. Shamsi is highly knowledgeable on 3 main religions and has a much clearer understanding on the bible and the teachings of Jesus he js more knowledgeable than the Christian missionaries who speak at speakers corner including the Christian hate preachers bob and hatun therefor he is able to expose Christianity and show its contradictions and prove its no longer the word of God and has been changed by man. After all the years of study shamsi has come to the rightful decision of following the truth and the one true God shamsi is devout Muslim and a brilliant person to learn about Islam. In what term? do you mean what's she to do with her atheist family? Or what? In my humble opinion, just keep a good relationship with the family, show them the best of manner as you are a Muslim now. Inshallah you will be the way for them to accept Islam through your Islamic manner, at least they will see what true Islam is all about rather than what they see and heard in the media.

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته......أخي شمسي أعجبتني طريقتك في تبسيط الإسلام و الدعوة اليه ، وكان من الواضح أن المرأة كانت متأثره و مستوعبة إلى حد بعيد لجميع التفاصيل خصوصا لانك تحدث بطريقه مبسطة و منطقية....لكني أرى أن الاستعجال في دعوتها لقول الشهادتين قد اركبها بعض الشيء و هي تحتاج إلى بعض الوقت تطلع فيه أكثر على الإسلام و معانيه ، من رأيي أنه من الأحسن تحفيزها على البحث والتعمق مع إلتزام جانب من الحيادية ثم دعوتها للعودة ثانية للإستفسار...بهذه الطريقة ستزداد قابليتها على نطق الشهادتين دون أن يلبس قلبها أدنى شك و هذا هو الهدف الأسمى للدعوة
