With all these false copyright strikes that are leading to mass legal issues, I really hope RU-vid/govt starts to put its foot down and stops allowing them. Firstly, they shouldn’t have to but why don’t RU-vid create a tick box for commentary videos that confirms it’s purely commentary etc. it then means yr can easily review these videos and actually check they hold the necessary disclaimers and actual commentary.
