Hi! I actually live 30 minutes away from the university (by car and 1hr 30 minutes by bus) but sorry I’m not sure which arc you’re pertaining to. But if it’s about the accommodations the university offer, yes I haven’t heard the best stories out there as well. Quite overpriced for a room that’s way too small. I’ve visited one from my friends and they’ve been wanting to get a proper apartment and leave the place. So it really goes down to preferences.

Hello! Great question, they’re actually pretty flexible here. You can take 2-5 courses in one semester, it’s up to you how you make your schedule unlike in the PH once you enroll they already make your timetables for you. 3-5 courses here are already considered a full time student. Personally I have 4 courses this sem, 1 is 50 minutes long and the last three are 2hrs each. The good thing tho if you want to be a working student, some of those courses are only scheduled 2-3 times a week so you will still have some time for work! It really depends how you create and plan your schedule 🤗

Hello po! Sorry po na late ang reply ang bayad po ng consultant depende po dahil iba iba ang charge lalo na kapag medyo kilala na po ang agency nila or depende rin po sa type ng application niyo. Pero meron po akong narinig na more or less 2500 canadian dollars po ang binabayaran ng iba sa consultant. Kapag naman po may consultant na kayo sila na po ang maghahanap ng affordable university/college po para sa inyo dahil kasama na po sa package ng bayad niyo sa kanila yan, magpapasa na lang po talaga kayo ng papeles sa kanila. At dahil dalawa po kayo baka dalawa po ang bayaran niyo pero baka bigyan po kayo discount depende po talaga siya 😊

Hello! I’m not that sure with this area yet because as of now my channel is not yet monetize. Personally, most of the people I know really use that 20hrs in jobs like fast food etc. where you receive salaries bi-weekly. For the hours I don’t think you need to report it as it can be considered as a “hobby”. What I know that is really important to IRCC tho is when you “start earning” here, you must include it in your income tax return. All types of income flow must be recorded.

However though, I suppose once you start earning money on youtuber, IRCC might consider it a source of income and therefore, work hours.🤔 But I guess I'll cross that bridge when I get to it. 😆😆

Depende po sa klase ng visa niyo pag punta dito yung mga ka kailanganin niyo. For example po if student visa kayo usually kung may consultant po kayo which is mga nag hehelp mag asikaso ng papers need niyo lang sila bayaran at sila na po mag aasikaso ng lahat ng need niyo hanggang pag dating dito pati ang school na papasukan niyo. After po nila kayo ma settle it’s either po na may monthly allowance po kayo for the meantime from your family or mag woworking student po kayo. Marami naman pong klase ng visa ano po ba ang case po ninyo? In terms of monthly expenses naman po it really varies kung saang province po kayo nakatira in canada kasi may ilan po na mas mura ang cost of living compare sa iba like Vancouver mahal po talaga dun. Nag mamatter din po kung kayo lang or may kasama kayong iba. Ako po I’m living with my mom kaya mag ka tuwang po kasi sa gastusan. Siguro po kasama na ang lahat (cars,groceries,etc) and we’re living in Alberta nasa $2.5-3,000 rin po gastos namin monthly. Pero if you’re alone po without car payments mas malaki po matitipid compare sa amin.
